Because he has absolutely no feat outside of Planet/Continent? And that assuming High 3-A just because of that "no limiter" thing is nonsense speculation, even ignoring the fact that Saitama has shown limited stamina and strength (Hurt by Boros, albeit slightly).

Well his Planet level stats come from a statement about the feat that was calced (by me) to be Multi Continent level.Personally i don't agree with them but i will not elaborate on this.
Removing some basics muscle limits doesn't make one 3-A.Normal humans have limiters that prevent them from damaging their muscles, and while under cituations of extreme stress these limiters may be removed (usually by the adrenaline).This is the same situation where instead of having a human with removed muscle limits you have a superhuman with removed muscle limits.It's not about inifinite power, it's about using the 100% of your potential.
