Saitama Profile Revision

The current profile has combined Post-Train and During Training Saitama. However, the "Weaknesses" section states that "He doesn't take anything seriously initially, and tends to hold back to possibly prolong a fight." The statement is not suitable for Post-Train and During Training Saitama and it should be better contained in Standard Tactics rather than Weaknesses.
