Saitama gets a phone bill

i havent heard of the pokemon but judging that the pokemon is weaker than beefcake and since beefcake was *ONE PUNCHED* by saitama ill give saitama the W

Virizion is way WAY beyond Beefcake.

Virizion can drain health with Giga Drain and stall with its barriers, but Saitama is casually in 5-B. That said, Saitama has near-zero formal combat training and will likely get out-sustained by Virizion.

I think Virizion wins, high difficulty.

Was gonna say cuz otherwise Saitama punches right through the barriers but if it's like a snap of your fingers and his life is drained then yeah Saitama's screwed.

It's an energy attack that strikes the target and then returns life to the user. It varies on depiction; it can go from needing contact to just the user raising its head and causing the effect.

Well it isn't really a beam. It is targeted. When used on Infernape the beams spawned out of thin air point-blank and drained his life. In the games the user attacks and energy is sucked directly from the target. It isn't really a projectile except when it is used in the Pokemon: Origins depiction.
