Him moving that fast is just your standard "moving fast enough to vanish" which isn't something that can be calculated. He's not even moving a large distance, and considering it's clearly a gag considering he's not tagging the mosquitoe, I don't see anything that would come from this.

It’s unusable especially since its clearly a gag scene.
Mosquitoes fly at 1.5 miles per hour, given Saitamas speed even with how they small are theyd be essentially frozen in air to Saitama if the scene was accurate.
