Virgo Shaka uses Tenbu Hôrin against Iapetos, he is capable of taking just one sense from him, but he explains that this would only last for a very short period of time because the Dunamis (God's power) would allow Iapetos to recover his sense. And afterwards Iapetos does recover the sense even before Aiolia is capable of landing one hit (thanks to Dunamis according to him).

Don't know if this is relevant, but it'd grant them... the ability to restore their senses? and resistance to having them removed (because he could only take one and not the six of them). This is a common trait between gods since all of them share Dunamis and its what Shaka and Iapetos reference.

Oh, Iapetos explains that they can only manifest their true power in Tartarus, so even after that they are depowered? okay. That makes more sense than 2-C Aiolia tbh.

What about the rest?

They are depowered because their memories are being warped to make them not realize that they are still sealed. All Titans have two seals the most they lose is one.
