1: Superman. He's Faster by a drastic margin and can hax Base Moon to Death.

2: Superman. Pre-Crisis Superman was essentially Eternal Sailor Senshi Level, Two Forms above Base Form

3: Sailor Moon. Superior Raw Stats and Hax over All-Star.

4: Superboy Prime. Around Pre-Crisis Superman Level.

5: Sailor Cosmos. Similar to better stats and signifigantly better haxes and abilities.

Strongest of both incarnations, outside of CA?

I love both characters, I really do. But Usagi is still outclassed using just canon Material. Sailor Cosmos isn't strong enough to fight Golden Superman Prime 1,000,000 given that he is stronger then 5D Imps. Now, make this composite Usagi and it might be different.
