Problem:
Sagat has superhuman lung capacity for holding his breath underwater for 20 minutes.Peak humans have held their breath for longer.
Solution
Remove it entirely and keep his stamina as "peak human"

Why would that be ? Clearly its a peak human feat. Nothing remotely superhuman behind it.
