Actually, Saber might lose this one. She's a glass canon and won't use Excaliblast immediately. Meaning Suicune can one-shot. Also, Saber has no counter to Absolute Zero herself.
I'm not saying she loses, just that it's not set in stone that she'll win because of Excaliblast.

Does Suicune have anything harder to dodge then the Assasin's tri-strike?

Now I don't know too much about Excaliblast but Suicune could just use Detect to dodge it no? Which in turn could possibly provide it with a follow up one-shot move if Saber is indeed a glass cannon.

Not to mention Saber is a Glass Cannon. One hit from Suicune and it is game over. All I hear is Excalibur, but Suicune seems to have the advantage in both power and versatility. Yes she has precog, however so does Suicune. So they balance each other out. Not to mention Extrasensory in which can be either a blast or AOE.
