BATTLE CONDITIONS:

Both are High 6-A tier. [Ryuko and Senketsu are in Kisaragi Mode, and Tetsuo is as he was once he became an esper.]


Speed is equalized.


The battle takes place in a city intersection, 20 meters apart.


Both are in-character and willing to kill.


Ryuko sees Tetsuo doing damage to populace and the city and with Senketsu deduces he has some kind of psychic ability, Tetsuo upon noticing Ryuko sees she can somehow fly.

So I was checking Tetsuo's profile to see what he has and

Completely unrelated but if the reasoning on his speed for reaching the moon in the timeframe it took someone to blink, assuming a low end of 4/10ths of a second (average blinking speed takes 3/10 to 4/10ths of a second) and assuming a distance of of 238,900 miles to the moon, Tetsuo would actually be 3.2062 times the speed of light.
