vs.

Dante

Both have standard equipment except Ryu doesn't have the True Dragon Sword and Dark Dragon Blade. Dante also has access to his Devil Trigger form. Who wins?

Dante in base is faster than Despair, who was much faster than Griffon and Blitz who are lightning users. Since Ryu's best movement feat comes from dodging lightning, i think Dante has the speed advantage and Yamato shouldn't have any problem beating Ryu's durability.

Well, Ryu is generally that powerful because of the divine power of the True Dragon Sword. Most of the enemies he has faced don't necessarily have the destructive capacity to destroy a continent save for opponents like the Vigoor Emperor, Murai, Dark Dragon,Ishtaros,Vazdah and arguably the Goddess.

I believe Dante might have better feats...

Dante is massive, FTL, he flew up, reached so high a place that not even the starlight gave to be seen, and the place where he tava could see thousands of stars (at least her light) this was done in Devil May Cry 1

Rebellion would not be able to cut the space? it rivaled the Yamato in Devil May Cry 3.

>Massively FTL Dante

...?

Damte stomps hard.

MFTL+, far above than planet level stats, can cut through souls, has a sword that can cut through anything.

Mismatch. He solos the verse.

What?

Dante caps at Continental, and like, Lightspeed. That might be pushing it, even.

Dante caps out at Country level+ and at least MHS. If somebody really wants to make a thread about this, be my guess.

You should have played DmC 1 and 2. He defeated Mundus who created his own dimension of endless space.

He is far above star level and solar system level

He was travelling through hundreds of stars in seconds.

He is MFTL.

He can slow and stop time.

finally someone who sees the same point I did not novel of DMC2, Dante defeated Mundus in base form, ie, Dante base is also MFTL in my view, as he defeated Mundus.

It is true the pocket dimension is very huge with tons of stars and Dante beat him and can travel crossing though those stars in seconds so i think Dante most likely wins if that is accepted

I've not even seen Dante bust a moon, or go beyond reacting to potentially lightspeed attacks.
not reacting but traveling at MFTL+ the first game mundus created a pocket dimension with a ton of stars at least and those 2 were travelling past them in seconds also Dante beat Mundus in his own dimension

Traveling. But I suppose that's clearly enough to win.

this was not an illusion they transported to another dimension created by mundus and returned after his defeat

>MFTL+ Dante.

>Planet Level Dante.

You guys realize the whole fight with Mundus was a illusion right? MFTL and Planet is serious wank.

Also don't say Universal. Sealing away universes (Which Sparda did) and destroying universes are two totally different things.

Plus we don't even know if that Pocket Dimension even Universe size nor how big it was. For all we know. It could've been Country size or something.

Can you prove that? Link or otherwise?
