Since Sukuna’s Prime is unknown just way stronger than Rika, I assume your referring to 15 Finger Ryomen Sukuna

In that case he likely just gets one shot since that key for Sukuna doesn’t have High 7-A Durability to not die

Currebtly leaning on Sukuna. Sukuna will likely use Dismantle, and if it gets tanked he'll likely spam Cleave which is a slash that adjusts it's strength to cut his opponent down making it stronger than his normal attack.
His immortality also allows him to survive without a heart and regenerate it. His head likely needs to be destroyed to kill him through physical attacks.
If he gets cornered he can activate his Domain Expansion, which auto-hits (Domain Expansion literally teleports attacks onto the opponent, and this was shown to bypass Gojo's barrier) everything within a 200 meter radius with Dismantle/Cleave, causing buildings and the surrounding to be reduced to dust.
