Actually, that was just meant to show how much faster Ruby is when she is using her Semblance.

Limited use while Ruby will be consistently on high speed whenever she uses her Semblance. Plus, it's not like she won't notice that everytime she uses it Weiss gets hardpressed. She will eventually default to that strategy.

Weiss also doesn't have a reliable long-range option, while Ruby does with her Sniper.

She actually can use Glyphs to create projectiles as shown by her fight with the Nevermore.

I said "reliable". The ice spikes and fireballs can easily be dodged and aren't easily aimed. Ruby has shown a lot of prowess with her Sniper (which happens to be easy to aim).

Limited = not spammable

@Kep I am aware what limited means, I'm asking what says it isn't aside from it using her aura like Ruby spamming her semblance
