Flying is nice, but if she enters Ashoka's area, she can Force Push. And her shots can be blocked by Force Barrie/Deflection.

That would stop the bullets, but not their elemental effects. They would still detonate and affect Ashoka if she tried to do this.

Also, does Ruby's Scythe have the same heat resistance as Aura? Otherwise, it would be cut.

It does yes, her scythe is coated in Aura.

Is there any concrete speed multiplier or not? Because like, Force Sense + sensing danger + precognition + telepathy + instinctive reaction + seeing everything in slow motion.

Her speed is shown to be directly comparable to Harriet's, who sees the world and everyone and everything in it as slowed to a near stop, including people comparable to her in speed normally

Also Ruby has instinctive reactions with her semblance as well

Lightning Dust does yes

Ice Dust doesnt but the freezing AoE it causes would still freeze Ashoka

Force Barrier blocks things like Fire, poisonous mists, tsunamis, etc. I don't see why it wouldn't block those things. Furthermore, instead of blocking, it can only deflect, as Ashoka deflected Palpatine's fire.

Without an official multiplier, it's not a blitz. On the wiki, we don't really consider "x character hit kill/blitz another" because each verse has its own hit kill/blitz value. And seeing things in slow motion is something Jedis can do when guided by the Force.

Ruby's bullets arent beams or waves of elemental attacks, theyre bullet-sized explosives. Ashoka can block the bullet itself but the second it hits the Force Barrier it would just spread the elemental effect. Plus, Ruby's Lightning Dust would bypass it as it bypassed forcefields.
