Why doesn't Roy have his High 6-A tier anymore?

and why is he simply unknown, is there no possible feat to scale him to, couldn't he at least scale to High 6-B due to being superior to Falchion with the Sword of Seals, not to mention he killed a dragon who should be comparable to Grima

But why is he simply unknown with no explanation?

Here is the thread of the downgrade, also Roy is from a different universe from Marth, so they can't scale from Falchion.

Ahhhh, Darn, That stinks, is there any other feat we could calc for him, or that he could scale to

We could try calcing various Tome animations like Fimbulvetr to scale to the main GBA cast. And other than that, there may or may not get a decent result from Forblaze's animation. But I kind of doubt anything would exceed Tier 8.
