He's definitely not getting skill stomped but Kaneki has definitely shown better skill up to this point plus has analytical prediction and accelerated development.
Also Lee shouldn't have paralysis, that should be removed from his profile . It's considered a default Naruto character technique but it's a ninjutsu and Lee has literally no ninjutsu skills

He's definitely not getting skill stomped but Kaneki has definitely shown better skill up to this point plus has analytical prediction and accelerated development.

What's your reasoning for Kaneki being more skilled? Lee has been beating the shit out of people with better Analytical Prediction than Kaneki very early on in the manga. He whooped Sasuke's ass who has leagues better Analytical Prediction than Kaneki. Naruto and Sasuke also have Accelerated Development, but didn't stop Lee from skill stomping Sasuke in the exams.

This is part 1 Lee who doesn't really have any impressive skill feats and very limited experience. Kaneki meanwhile has been fighting CCG members and Ghouls with decades of experience and combat skill, and is not only an expert martial artist but also an expert swordsman. Not to mention his 2 additional limbs.

Fought people with more experience, likely has more experience himself, etc. As I said it's my really a massive gap, but given that Lee has literally nothing besides skill it's still pretty big.

That is just misleading be fr. Lee did that because he was so much faster than Sasuke.

He didn't skill stomp anyone, he purely abused his strength and speed. Speed here is equalized so he's not speed blitzing Kaneki at all.

Naruto and Sasuke also have Accelerated Development, but didn't stop Lee from skill stomping Sasuke in the exams.

First of all, they don't even have AD according to their wiki profiles. Second of all, their AD is strictly training based from what we've seen. Kanekis is directly tied to his regeneration, meaning each time Lee does any damage to him he heals it up and gets stronger. And lastly, he didn't skill stomp them. He was just so fast he could speed blitz them.

Frankly Lee has no skill feats at all here. All his fights are won solely off of speed and strength. His only opponent with relative speed was Neji who negged him and Kimimaro who was beating his ass so hard Gaara had to save him.

Later on maybe. But he has literally no good skill feats throughout like, the entire series. Especially not in part 1.

So here are the arguments for Lee.

Speed equalized is for base Lee meaning Lee using the gates gets at least a 5x boost in speed. Meaning 1st gate Lee is much faster than Kaneki and possibly stronger. This is even worse for Kaneki if Lee starts with weights on and goes up to 5th gate. This means Kaneki likely won't even perceive Lee during this boost, allowing Lee to just blitz Kaneki and run around him.
This means that Lee definitely does have a chance to win using the gates.

On the other hand, Lees AP is not nearly enough to outdamage Kanekis regeneration which allows him to instantly fix up broken bones. Furthermore each time Kaneki does so he gets slightly stronger and faster. Combined with his analytical prediction, Kaneki will likely eventually adapt to Lees speed to a point where he can predict his moves and guard. On top of that, Lees attacks don't do piercing damage (which is like, the best way to take down Kaneki) and are very limited in quantity. In other words, Lee will quickly run out of juice using the gates.

This means that Lee either kills Kaneki until his gates run out (or kaneki adapts to his speed), or Kaneki low diffs him. And given Kanekis busted regeneration and Lees low AP, it's very, VERY unlikely Lee will manage to take Kaneki down in time.

So my vote definitely goes to Kaneki here.
