I don't really see how Bender can win unfortunately. I mean he could maybe trick Bill and remove his soul but I'm not really sure if that would be enough to kill him. Even Bender's precog is prevented by Bill's Acausality Type 4. Meanwhile Bill can one shot, transmutate and perhaps maybe even more (I'm no Futurama expert hahaha)

So assuming Bender has some wincon I'm missing, Bill has my vote
