I also notice that monsters have a resistance to fear hax for living in the depths yet people like the duke and tituis don't have fear hax resistance despite being comparable to PF who does
shouldn't these two also have a resistance to fear hax for the same reasons as PF? (the fear hax stuff was accepted too with the monsters physiology CRT iirc so we don't need to make another CRT about it)

Slap also wouldn't be able to hit him without switching (he gets fried by AD the second he does)

Time stop into error would just wash him immediately.
Even then, Elude makes HH garou unable to hit Slap. HM garou would wash Slap.

If were assuming he's using elude while garou s just growing in speed then garou would simply grow to a point where he can just statue slap
At that point if slap decides to equip another glove he gets blitzed

It took Garou one look at a person's ability to know that ripping his arm off would disable his skillset. Garou is dismembering Slap and pressure point comboing him to death before he can blink.

Slap can't really attack while in stopped time so they typically stop time, get near the enemy, wait for time stop to end, then hit them
In garous case his I.A should just allow him to avoid it
Iirc that's contact based so it's never hitting him

Uh I’m a bit confused here. Bob and TIMESTOP would just be gg cause bob would absorb Garou. And why would Garou, the person whose entire fighting style revolves around mele combat. Not attack the dark entity hovering words him that he dosent know would absorb him
