I only follow the mangas for both series, so I don't know if this is a mismatch or not. (skimming his page tells me Rimuru gets some MAJOR upgrades)
The two characters are very similar, reincarnated monsters who mainly gain strength by eating others. They both found themselves as monster leaders without really trying to be, and made it their goal to create a society for them.
I'd give the edge to Rimuru, since he seems to be able to consume more varied entities, and could potentially eat Ogarou but, again, I'm hardly an expert on either story.
Figured it could make for a neat discussion.
