Rimuru wears his own pocket dimension since his defences evolved from Infinite Prison, resists overriding it into void as well as Existence Erasure by virtue of Ultimate Skill. If Herrsher doesn't have strong defences he could probably absorb her, and merge with her to become Embodiment of Infinite Void himself.

But her defences would have to be really weak.
