It's not you who decides. The "possibly higher" upgrade with my explanation is more solid than your 2-B with no scans backing it up at all. The scan about creating the world several times doesn't state he creates them at the same time. That's still a 2-C feat.. So I guess i should propone a Rimuru downgrade. If instead you accept my explanation as 2-B like you did before then it's automatically a "possibly higher with Mobius". I cornered you. Before we close this I want to ask, will this at least buff Rimuru in AP? Or is this just a whole big flop?

Yes, Rimuru AP will get buffed. If not here on OBD or Top Strongest but he'll get the buff he deserves. We already made his turn null weakness disappear (updated yesterday by Elizhaa).. My scans are solid
