Yes. Samus can withstand a nuclear blast that engulfed a chunk of the planet within the epicenter (100,000,000c) completely unharmed or effected by the unbelievable heat.
Ridley's plasma and flames can burn her.
She can also withstand Power Bombs, which attack via flash waves of heat that evaporate everything in the vicinity, effectively being compressed thermonuclear bombs. Both her and Ridley shrug these off.
