Ginyu Saga Goku is basically Saitama but better in every way. Even Saiyan saga Goku won against Saitama. Rick might still disintegrate with his watch and his other various haxes, but this Goku could fairly easily 1-shot. An argument about the Saitama vs Rick thread was that Saitama only really goes for strong blows against monsters and doesn't bother to dodge attacks much. Goku's opponents are all humanoid and while he holds back, he has no reservations knocking someone out. And Goku dodges hell of a lot more often than Saitama. I won't vote but the arguments in the Saitama vs Rick thread cannot be used here.

The reason I brought up the Saitama thread was to point out that since Goku was considered above Saitama, this here shouldn't be a stomp. I know the A>B>C argument doesn't always work but here I'd say it does.
