Rick upgrade

Destroying a timeline means Low 2-C power with equipment, yes.

One at a time means "Low 2-C" though.

Anti-Monitor is ranked as regular 2-A for destroying an infinite number of timelines. Even though he took some time, it would still end up as an infinite number when reduced to a single 1 second attack.

As long as he did so during a finite and not infinite period of time, he must logically have done so at a pace that more than qualifies.

He was accused of destroying the different realities, imagines a cacino, every 5 seconds should be a click to luck.

Sorry, but ideally we should gauge by how many timelines that can be destroyed in a single attack.

I agree with Ant, although if it took some time to destroy infinite timelines, and the infinite part is clearly outlined then that's a different story, but one at a time would just be finite, and a rating of low 2-c would fit

Thanks. Remember to lock the profile afterwards, since he is now a tier 2.
