This pretty ******* unfair given Rick can casually BLOW UP a planet. thats abit of a step from destryong it in the sense of drowning the world in water, plus access to his portal gun and ship to keep him out of Chao's waters makes this a mismatch

This seems like a murderstomp. Rick with his Portal Gun and speed equalized means he can just leave, and return to annihilate his foe. Not to mention all the other OP gadgets he has. What can Chaos even do at that point?

Of course, if you can portal to other dimensions and other worlds. A Planet Bust is literally nothing when you can just hop over to another universe.
