RHG (Rock Hard Gladiators)/Hyun's Dojo Problems Discussion Thread

The Rock Hard Gladiators/Hyun's Dojo verse feels like its just been abandoned and no one really maintains it anymore. (Literally almost all the supporters are unactive and all knowledge members are retired) Most of the profiles have problems, and people have noticed this, but they never really got anywhere and now it's practically dead. Course, people are still using their profiles for debates, but they just don't really hold up anymore. This verse needs a flip ton of Content Revisions/Things to discuss and it's really not cool.

Stuff needing to be looked at.

• This thread, including the Revision and things discussed.
  • The thread never went anywhere and the profile still hasn't applied these rework changes. (Bog and verse-wide AP changes)
  • RHG CRT was never posted, so it also kinda needs that too (See here)
• Gildedguy problems
  • Gildedguy's profile doesn't seem to be updated with the latest story/stories with Story 8.
    • Gildedguy could possibly have Genius level knowledge for creating a gold mech inside a dragon, + it also has to reform after it gets launched out it too.
  • Gildedguy Slush Invaders CRT never went anywhere. From playing the game, this should make sense.
• Other stickfigure stuff
  • One has whatever this ability is, Toon Force maybe? (Says "monke" and stun-launches Monkey King)
  • Bog's P&A need to be revisioned (See here)
• Verse issues
  • AP could possibly need to be revisioned (See here)
  • Small issue but, the classifications should be completely wrong for most stick profiles. Anything stick should be classified as stickfigure, Gildedguy's website states that species should be stickfigure, even such as Bog.
  • Everyone confirmed to have 0 fatigue for standing for 10 hours (or less but still a butt-ton of time) in this collab lol.
  • Not important but, Gildedguy's website states "The true origin of stickmen is a mystery, but records point toward a spontaneous act by higher powers wielding tools of creation." - This is basically implying that the animators are higher powers wielding tools of creation. RHG classified as meta-fictional confirmed!? /j
• Canon/Collab issues
  • A big thing I want to mention for RHG is, who counts as being in the verse?
    • For example, in this collab, Alan Becker's Stick Gang shows up (AvA verse was ultimately not allowed in vsbattles) along with sticks from the verse with profiles too, such as One and Yoyo
    • Another example is in this collab where JzBoy who you may have seen fight terraria bosses and the flippin' flipnote dude who gambles and it goes "Err. Aw dangit!" appears with Gildedguy and others building the dojo.
      • Although these people aren't duelists themselves, they are reoccurring in multiple other collabs. Who, you'll never guess it- appear with stickfigures with profiles in this verse.
  • Another big thing is when does something really count as something happening in the verse? The canon is totally inconsistent.
    • Gildedguy's Story 7 reveals that all the classic RHG fighters have been dead in the end. So wait, then why do I see Chuck and Munch alive in a recent collab? Gildedguy was shown in there too so I guess it adds on as a plothole.
  • Would people like Doors Guy be allowed to be scaled? Ultimately there are way too many pop culture references in parts, though there are to references to it, such as a slight reference in Gildedguy's Story 7 which could indicate canon. Also he appears in this collab along with others.
  • Canon about battles? For example, we allow almost ALL of Bogs fights that were made without acb's consent for his profile. But something like MORO vs Gildedguy shouldn't.
• Restricting collabs issue
  • Some of these problems emerge from collabs. But if we say that collabs are non-canon. Who built the dojo? The dojo is literally the 1. most recognizable building in the verse and has shown up in multiple videos we credit!
    • If you didn't know, the Dojo is owned by Hyun which is a prominent building in the world of Cier and shows up in multiple storylines of well known characters we have scaled right now including Gildedguy, although, the Dojo is canonically built by people such as JzBoy who fights pop culture, most known for his terraria battles, and even the gamblecore guy, or "Let's go gambling!" guy in this collab.
• Misc.
  • There's a ton of WoG stuff in this podcast. Obviously we aren't gonna use their Henry Stickmin ranking, but things like "Character A (which is owned by Podcast member) is agreed to be above Character B (which is owned by another Podcast member)" should be considered.

Ultimately, it's hard to keep this verse in check due to the nature of animators having the freedom to express them with anything, even if it's fanmade. Though, I don't know much about verse eligibility so I might ask.

Anyways, that's everything. There is possibly more that I might note, but these are definitely something not to ignore with this verse and should be discussed. The categories for my issues are way off lol.

Well looks like it's gonna be awhile before someone says something. know what, I think all that collab stuff is just blap. they're not duelists nor do they contribute to lore. the lore is inconsistent but idrc
