Revisions for MTHR

This will be simple.

• Rick needs to be upgraded to Building level+ by piloting this helicopter.
• MTHR needs to be upgraded to Multi-Continent level+ by piloting the Ozymandias.
• Dylan needs to be upgraded to Building level using his strongest weapon that can damage the Giganotosaurus.
• Regina should get the same abilities given to Dylan by piloting those same vehicles.
• Compies (and anyone who scales from them) need to be upgraded to Small Building level as four of them can kill a regular Raptor
• The RAH-66 Comanche can lift up to 5.6 metric tons, so the "At least" should be removed from its profile. Intermediates: These helicopters weigh from 3,500 to 7,000 lb / 1,590 kg to 3,180 kg MGW
• Mosasaurus couldn't breathe underwater. Typically, Mosasaurs came up to the surface to breathe air periodically. But they could hold their breath for long periods of time so Underwater Breathing Type 1 should go. The same goes for the Plesiosaurus...who should get Tier At least 9-A via power scaling from other bosses

That seems fair but I'd specify that they only reach this kind of Attack Potency with those vehicles and weapons, while alone they would not scale there. So yeah, formatting would be required.
