Ned Stark could fight on par with Jaime Lannister, so his AP should be upgraded to 9-C. His profile already acknowledges this in his speed justification, but not his AP for some reason.

In the entire fight they only traded blows with their swords and never made physical contact, can Ned still scale from Jaime?

I would imagine that Ned’s physical strength has to be somewhat comparable to Jaime’s in order for him to block Jaime’s strikes and make him struggle.

Missing a hand and being an inferior swordsman seems like it’d warrant a new key.
