I know past changing isn't allowed in DC - although that rule is sometimes ignorned. But future can be changed as easily. Only reason they might not want to cause... Well, hero reasons.

• Possession (Can possess people when vibrating at just the frequency) TFV5#758+759
• Durability Negation (Via phasing)
• Statistic Ampflication and Perception Ampflication (Can slow down his perceptions to view things in slow motion) TFV5#755
• Electricity Manipulation (Can fire bolts of electricity) TFV5#761
• Limited Air Manipulation (Can create vortexes ) TFV5#761
• Technology Manipulation (Lightning fries the Batcave's surveillance equipment like an EMP) TFV5#21
• Energy Absorption and Energy Projection (Via his lightning rod)
• BFR (Traps Barry in the Negative Speed Force and as seen here) TFV5#26 and TFV5#760
• Dimensional Travel (Escaped Paradox's dimension) TFV5#755
• Afterimage Creation (As seen here) TFV5#25
• Electro-Magnetism Manipulation (Uses it to form his suit) TFV5#25
• Surface Scaling and Free Movement (As seen here) TFV5#27
• Portal Creation (As seen here) TFV5#24
• Power Bestowal and Corruption (Gives Barry the Negative Speed Force, turning him into Negative Flash) TFV5#26
• Summoning (Can summon Flash villains from different time periods to help fight for him) TFV5#760

• Fate Manipulation? (Changed the fates of Hunter Zolmon and August Heart) TFV5#761

Ability Changes:

1. Move Mind Manipulation, BFR, Time Manipulation and Regeneration (Low-Mid) to regular ability, idk why they're in his Living Paradox powers in the first place
2. Change the scan and justification for Time Manipulation to (Can freely alter the timeline, mastered manipulating time to where Tempus Fuginaut consider that he almost rivals him) as the one currently used is from New 52 Thawne

Stats:
Change his AP when not enhancing speed to Wall level instead of Athlete level since where his durability would be much better than his AP, change it something like (Comparable to Barry). Change to his range justifications to: Standard melee range (Most of his powers are melee-based, but he can use ranged Negative Speed Force effects a few meters away), up to Several kilometers with whirlwinds and such

MISC:
Change the page title to Reverse-Flash (Rebirth) instead of Professor Zoom since he doesn't really get called that in Rebirth.

Everyone so far has agreed with everything except for Fate Manipulation, so if that's the case I think I'll add everything except for Fate mani to the profile if that's okay.
