Resurrection and Regeneration question

A character who has Immortality Type 4 and 8 died by being impaled in the heart, when he was resurrected he also regenerated that wound (he only regenerates when he is resurrected). Would that also count as Regeneration (Low-Mid) and Immortality (Type 3)?
 
Resurrection would usually take care of that. Don't think that can be used as Regen
 
Yeah, that isn't really regeneration proper more so than it is simply an effect of the resurrection.
