Goku is essentially unquantifiably above Ren in the AP department. He would practically need 2-C defense/forcefield/barriers in order to take a hit or block it

No. Where do you even got this? His passives are... passive. Even the in-game description told you so.

Again, assuming that Ren starts off specifically with a Persona that nullifies physicals is impossible. It's a ridiculously improbable chance, and most likely he starts off with one of the Arcana Ultimate Personas in this key.

Debating about whether or not Goku can bypass null/absorb/repel affinities is irrelevant if Joker literally cannot do anything before getting his everything beaten to a pulp.
