I don't think either have any prior knowledge of the other to my recollection. So as usual Remy's first move is clones and Photons, likely followed by Freeze staff and Hexing Rod (on Kana's profile) if this goes uninterrupted. Idk enough about the specific mechanics of most of Mal's abilities to give an accurate idea of how it'll go though.

Mind hax can be a lot of things but he'd probably just go for destroying her mind. BFR is just teleporting her into space with his planetary teleportation range. He does not need to come close to teleport something away.

What's the range on the mind hax and how fast can he do it?

She has Korosensei's powers, so she can both survive in space and just fly back to Earth, but I don't think she has a way to prevent just being teleported again aside from trying stealth on her next approach. She can also probably teleport back to whatever photons she already spread.

The range on the mind hax is planetary and it's thought based. If she comes back from the BFR Malucius would try something else. Sneaking up on him probably won't work since he can detect minds.
