Removing the page and adding a redirect works imo

I'm okay with remaking Underwater breathing as a redirect to Non-Standard Breathing.

I do not know if it is practically feasible though. In worst case, we will likely have to keep the two powers separate.

Ok so @Cosmic_King_of_SAO made a draft revision of the NSB page here.

I'm ok with just deleting the Underwater Breathing page and making it redirect to the updated NSB page.
