Removing Resistance Negation for Chaos Emerald Users

Also I think I should mention that super forms using chaos control isn't an extra layer, working on immeasurable speed >>>>>> working on someone with time stop resistance.

Thx for bringing this up, now I know why I brought it up.

So eh basically no, Super Sonic’s resistance to time stop shouldn’t really matter. Maybe it could matter if he’s speed equalized to a finite speed character or smth. The reason is that anyone’s time stop that works on immeasurable speed characters is far more potent than Sonic’s resistance.
