Now we have a page for the Omnilock ability.
That ability is currently used on a total of 8 character profiles (and some of those probably souldn't have it).
Now our definition of this ability listed is "The user exists outside of all of space and time and has achieved transcendence and resides beyond space, time, causality, probability, etc., as the user is on the outside of all. They cannot be affected even by Time Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, or regular Reality Warping."
Now leaving out the notion of transcendence (in whichever way that may come) this reads as a list of resistances or immunities and the notion of existing outside of time and space.
The latter in its proper form would already technically be something mostly just 1-A beings have (with some exceptions), because even beings outside of a timeline exist in higher dimensional space.
The idea behind the ability is more than just that. It is for an entity to be outside absolutely everything and to transcend everything.
Superpower wiki defines the ability as:
"User resides beyond space, time, duality, probability, nothingness, etc., as the user is on the outside of all. They cannot be affected even by temporal paradox or reality warping and are absolutely immune to everything, even Universal Irreversibility and Nonexistence."
Let me point out the "absolutely immune to everything" part.
So all in all the idea behind this ability is something that is reserved for Tier 0 and those don't really gain from heaving it listed given their nature as assumed omnipotent.
So in my opinion it is best to take it off the 8 profiles and delete the ability. Those that have those immunities actually demonstrated should just have them listed as immunities/resistances seperately.
Opinions?
