Removing "File Island" Keys from Digimon Profiles

This should be relatively simple and easy to do once accepted. Basically, we are removing all File Island keys from Champion level Digimon that it applied to. The reasoning is that in the past, there used to be a power gap between File Island natives and Folder Continent natives which caused a separation in tiering. However, in recent years this gap in power is no longer a thing in the series and File Island natives are just as strong as Digimon from other continents. As such, these keys should be dropped from profiles.
