I vote to Remiu. Remiu's Ability to Float is useful in this battle.

I changed my vote to Time Nomad. "Fought Genie at the end of the game, can defeat Quiddity, who stated that he could transcend space and time" is enough to surpass Reimu's float.

I'm not sure what Reimu's AP is, but I know the Time Nomad's scales around 10000x baseline. However I feel like Reimu's probably gonna win through some hax unless the Time Nomad uses some status effects of which he has plenty, I don't know Touhou and feel the Middens profiles are a bit wonky due to the obscurity of the verse, so I won't vote yet.

It's not like finishing it will do you much, the Genie feat is in Those Who Cremate The Roadkill (which I don't recommend btw, pretty slow and clunky).
