The good question here is what more stronger - Topless ability or AT-Field? For now, both of them have good chances win in this fight. However, i would say that Lal'C abilities give her good tricks in this fight, wich eventually can became victory in her favor, with mid-difficulty.

Topless abilities are more hax to me.
otoh, I'm not sure if 7-A Lal'c can scale to Nikola's magic hacking or not. but Tyco can use hacking to possess a lifeform while Lal'c is definitely stronger than Tyco.
so Lal'C probably have some hacking capability that can interfere with Eva controls. of course, probably not as crazy as Nikola who can turn spaceships into his remote-controlled fish-robots.
indefinite energy generation and low-level physics cancelling are plus points for Lal'C.
so voting for Lal'C
