But Mamoru seems to be negating Regulus with immeasurable passives that ignore causality/time supported by Don'tTalkDT, so Regulus remains in 3rd place.

Match has been changed, Regulus can interact with souls and destroy them just fine (he can kill puck) so he should be able to take this
 
yeah if reg destroys his mind and soul completely then zach permanently dies

actually zach might not even be able to use restart coz it only works when hes inside the gate

so another stomp for reg
