so if Character A sends character B to a place with passive EE but Character B has high enough regen to regenerate from it would that mean Character B will be constantly erased and regenerating or would they not be effected

Character B just has really good resistance to existence erasure not regen. I would say.

Depends of how fast the character regen and how fast the disintegration works. If the regen outspeed the erasure, then the character will live indefinitely within that zone (limited by tye weakness of it Regenerationn, like stamina; it may also be pretty painful), if not, the character will eventually be erased, how much time? That depends of the verse.

If the character is shown, stated or implied to have regenerated from the erase then it's just Regenerationn.
