Regeneration negation question

If a character can destroy someone's soul which contains a person's mind and memories, would that be Mid-Godly negation? Or would that not count due to being verse specific?

Why would it even be Mid-Godly Regeneration Negation?, Mid-Godly Regeneration mean you regenerate from the destruction of soul, mind and consciousness

It would not be negating regeneration, since the attack itself is far beyond what the character is capable of regenerating.

ngl, I thought you were talking about mid to high regeneration.... Where did Godly even come from?

Because through a long list of events someone can come back from their soul being broken down (which contains said aspects like their consciousness and memories) Character in question is meant to stop this process.
