Regenerating from a singularity

See above. What degree of Regenerationn would regenerating from a real singularity be, if it's Regenerationn at all?

I'd assume, given that the soul in this context is affected, that it'd be either very high-end Low-Godly (given that, even if it's an infinitesimally small portion of the soul, it's still there), or just Mid-Godly.

Are we talking about a singularity as in a black hole?

I don't know why the soul would be affected by a purely physical force, but given that the hapless victim is stretched stretches to an infinitesimally thin object, I'm not sure if one would "regenerate" from it so much as survive it.

Yes.

That's just due to the nature of black holes in Starcross. And yeah, I know that, but regenerating into a normal body after the black hole is destroyed / whatever.
