Regarding "higher" and "far higher" ratings

When a character uses something that is higher than their tier, by what amount would they qualify for higher and what for far higher?

Like is higher 1-10x and far higher is >10x?

It usually means they are an unquantifiable amount higher.

Like, say character A one shots character B very casually. And character B has a feat of them tanking a 7-A (mountain level) explosion.

Character A would be rated as At least 7-A likely far higher because they scale an unqantifiable but clearly high amount over the 7-A feat done by a weaker character.

ik but for profiles like dragon ball ones, they have far higher ratings that are actually quantifiable

Depends on the verse, we normally use "far higher" for differences that are considered big In-verse, we don´t have a specific number
