Odins feat is totally canon, and he has fought mukltiple universal beings including galactus, infinity and the entire celestial 4th host. That feat is considered true by the vast majority, Odin is universal.
Wasn't Odin with the Destroyer armor and the Odin sword stomped thoroughly by a celestial, even with the backing of all souls in Asgard save for Thor and maybe Loki?

All that we have to go by with Odin is that his fight with Seth imperiled a large amount of galaxies. That's it. Anything else is taken as either range or as flowery speech/hyperbole. This is starting to sound extremely fanboyish.
Actually they did damage alot of celestial bodies and etc in the fight through shockwaves.... not to mention we actually see the shockwaves....
And no not every author word is hyperbole... Just that when a guy displays on average 4-B feats and then one low 2-C feat with zero evidence and stating that the universe has never seen such power (despite saying its on par with the big bang and if this was true we would have to downgrade every character higher than low 2-C which is just downplay) and etc sounds extremely hyperbolic.
Take Tom DeFalco's "hammers striking like the big bang" statement, with virtually no effects, for example. He has a tendency to exaggerate with flowery language.
However, we were clearly shown that Odin can destroy a large amount of galaxies at once, which is consistent with his earleir time as "Infinity", when Hela used his power to also destroy galaxies.
As for the 9 realms, they are usually treated as quite small in themselves, even if the city of Asgard is usually shown floating in a universe.
If there is clear concise evidence for anything else you can list it below, but it may be treated as outliers, for the sake of consistency.
