Regarding ftl and infinite speed

If I am correct, if the verse treat going faster than light allow you to go to past or future, it would disapproved immeasurable speed and the character would only gain ftl and time travel ability. Then, what about infinite speed?

So if he had actual feat like moving across infinite size structure in finite amount of time, then that would be infinite speed right? Would the statement from before disproved this notion?

The immeasurable speed criteria include
1. being faster than passive
2. Move faster than infinite speed (seeing even infinite speed as frozen)
3. Moving physically through time

since the verse treated going faster than light allow for travelling through time, it would disproved the 3rd option. but what if they met the other criteria? Would that make them immeasurable or would that statement disproved all of that as well?

Immeasurable Speed has incredibly tight standards you must be able to go through.

First off, no bullshit Time Travel Powers or FTL Speed shenanigans allowed. You must physically be able to move beyond the confines and control of time to be able to bypass it altogether, and as a bonus, it is also recommended, but not exactly required, to show a side-effect of being able to bunny hop between any point in time with nothing but sheer physical speed. Even works if you're pulling this off by running through time itself without yourself using any bullshit time-travel powers or FTL shenanigans. Just ask Pre-Crisis Supes and all incarnations of Flash that can run through Time and the Speed Force.

Infinite Speed is slightly more forgiving, but still requires considerable scrutiny to pass. You must be able to move any distance within 0 time or move an infinite distance within finite time to pull off infinite speed.

Let say that this character from that verse move from Earth to Moon. He move so fast that it look like he already there like there no travelling done that even time itself is still 0.0000000....
Does that character qualify for infinite speed?

If the time is truly 0 and instantaneous, aye.

So it won’t be affected by that statement? Okay then
Assuming that statement is legit and isn't hiding any extra numbers behind those 0s, it should be fine I think. Of course, the question of consistencies and outliers can still pop up so be careful of those.

Would Gojo get infinite speed he moved in a place where time doesn't exist
