I mean in his second encounter with Sonic in 06 he immediately tried to crush Sonic flat into the ground before Shadow interrupted. He crushed Zavok's robot into a flat hunk of metal. He tried to crush Sonic with meteor mash and several other projectiles in Generations. I'm prolly missing more. It might not be his opening move, but crushing things with his TK isn't out of character.

In fairness, Sonic's AD growth becomes more potent when he's facing somebody much stronger than he is (such as his alarming jump from KiloFoe 4-B to 3-C when he was confronting Ultimate Emerl). It's why he doesn't just immediately overwhelm any random baddie and one-shot them into oblivion after 5 seconds.

Only exception is the "gain experience per step taken" (thank you, CHADblox) but that isn't too busted imo since it would take a decent amount of active movement for him to benefit from it.

His admittedly slightly outdated profile reads that he can immobilize Sonic, who should be comparable to his Werehog self, even though this is way before that

The reason I do think he should have Multi-Stellar TK is because of Adventure Era Chaos Emerald scaling. Why did Chaos get scaled to the AP of an Emerald but not the LS?

Totally agree. That being said, Chaos 2, 4, and 6 having multi-stellar LS doesn't mean the main cast scales to said LS in the Adventure era.
