Let me set the story....it's here in Rapture...Big Daddy and a Little Sister just caught someone to get

Making this probably wasn't worth it.

more ATOM and suddenly the Reaper Leviathan swoops in breaks the glass and takes the Little Sister and Big Daddy goes after it. They grapple onto the Leviathan with their drill which makes it drop the Little Sister...however she died as soon as she was taken out of the building. And so the fight starts.
(The Big Daddy type is the Bouncer.)

I think this should go to big daddy by sheer intelligence. The Reaper Leviathan is not exactly clever and while the Standart Big Daddy is also not that smart (would be nice if you would mention WHICH big Daddy you mean. Alpha Series or which?), it's smart enough to shoot a contact mine into the Giant Open Mouth coming towards it, which is Basically the only attack the thing ever does.

I just played the game again and the reaper wins easily. It's delt with explosives before (torpedos) and drills that can mine diamond, and the reaper can easily rip apart things like big daddy.

I gotta give it to the Reaper. They have basic, yet very clever tactics. Circling prey and attacking from behind is their main tactic. Which is great against this sluggish opponent. Plus, the Reaper definitely has the advantage due to it being underwater combat. On top of all of that, the Reaper's mandibles can exert pressure strong enough to destroy a vehicle that can survive 2450.5 PSI with ease. That's equivalent to about 17,000,000 Newtons of force per meter. They possibly can exert around 20,000,000-30,000,000 with that type of feat. That would easily crush the Big Daddy.
