I don't know about calc and so, just wondering why the statement of Heracles about be able of destroy mountains with strikes is not Small City Level instead of, you know, Mountain Level.

Sorry, for some reason when I said Heracles I thought that everyone would think in the one of Fate, my bad there (and this is said by someone that know other Heracles).

Also, I would be fine if the reason of not be Mountain Level is because of some contradictions and so, but I only see the use of 'strong enough to destroy a mountain=Small City Level' and that confuse me.
