Reality Warping and Universal Creation

Reality warping warping is given out very liberally currently.
The use is so incosistent that there is no clear standard on who gets it and who doesn't.
Often it is used for when an ability doesn't fit anything else, is very vague or has a very broad spectrum of applications.
The latter is the reason universal creators would have it so often, given that creating all the contents of a universe technically involves a broad spectrum of abilities (creating earth, water, fire, air, metal etc.)
So to answer your question: As it currently stands there neither is a reason to remove it nor to forcefully add it to such characters, in my opinion. Albeit it is most consistent to add it, I believe.
In general I wouldn't understand a profiles abilities differently just because reality warping is/isn't listed, as it stands.
