Reality Quest - Downgrade Speed (Again)

Dowan blitzes with boosters ( Feat 5 )
From this scan, it can be seen that the bearded man is able to block the attacks of both Dowan and Eun-Sung (the gray-haired man). Even though Eun-Sung was not being serious, I believe that, at the very least, he should have speed comparable to Dowan in his Booster state

Additionally, the 0.0291 reaction time cannot be used. Under the current standards, the maximum applicable value is 0.08

Dowan ha throws 6 balls at a bum
There is nothing to confirm that all six attacks occurred within the same timeframe, as claimed by TheRustyOne in this calculation. Additionally, the 0.0291 perception reaction time cannot be used either

Dowan uses Falcon Revolve
It cannot be used for the same reasons as those outlined in this CGD

Therefore, I will accept that calculation 3 can be performed by reducing the timeframe to only 0.08 seconds. However, regarding calculation 4, I believe that it cannot be calculated from the beginning, as I previously mentioned. What do you think about this?

Eunsung's scaling fluctuates. He's comparable to high-tiers; you can't use him as a reference if he's holding back for the entirety of S1. And in the feat, the target (bearded rep) is very clearly surprised by his movement. Why would it not be valid if the timeframe is switched to 0.08?

Um, didn’t you see my previous message where I acknowledged that the calculation could be done using 0.08 seconds?

It was two but originally Drite did say if all OP said was correct then the calls were invalid but then we argued, everyone here gave both sides peacefully, and Sun then said 1, 2, and 5 are gone with 3, 4 needing corrections. So maybe a re-confirmation? Or another CGM gives their view too
