Well, considering EQUINOX has gotten upgrades recently (FTL+ in base and 3-C at her maximum)... She has the speed advantage needed to blitz him before he can hax her out.

There's also the fact that EQUINOX at her abse form is still Solar System level in durability with the magical barriers. Not sure about where she's at without them but yeah, Akuma won't be able to get past that as well as EQUINOX having a higher speed advantage.

Overall, i'm giving this to E (just shortining the name RN) due to durability and speed advantage.
